Arey wah apni Sheeba doctor hai... Sheeba mujhe cold aur cough hai yaar.. and I get temperature at night but in the morning it gets normal and my nose is blocked I'm not able to breath from nose.. Prescribe me some medicine

I'm suffering from this problem from 2-3 days and I don't have any Sinus problem.. its just that weather is changing around here and it gets rainy some times and sometimes its hot.. so the changing weather has affected me a lot..and I have sore throat to..

Oh i c.........no problem...........just take paracetamol for fever and in case u have sore throat toh take some preventive antibiotic...........rest and haan..........at night before u sleep do take steam it helps a lottttttttttttttt............GET WELL SOON DEAR!..............🤗

Thanks for the advice Sheeba... Youa re a doll.. and yes I will take steam and will try to rest.. but hav to sit in the office.. its raining here.. and you won't believe it so cloudy here that its looks as though its night time.. Business is dull as usual but sill have to sit in the office.. quite boring.. feel like sleeping on the cozy bed yaar.. But can't..😭😭
