Only when DT is not available then they can make it ....
But they hav to PM the DT when the CC is about to end ..

When u reach 140 pages of the CC ,,u PM the DT ..
then u w8 at least 15 mins 4 the reply after the Cc has ended ....
If the DT does not show up or replies bak u can make it ...
