i agree tht line made my day...esp hw he sed he's never been defeated before bt her tears defeat him... altho i didnt like the weak dialogues given to salman khan i liked the part wer he sed dsp is a gd guy thts y i aint arrested him as yet n also wer he says 2 naku to tel the truth cos if she duznt tht wil b seen as a DHOKHA...

Later also he kept pushing the right buttons. Instead of raging at her he put the ball in her court...told her that if she is able to tell him that she doesnt love him then he will quietly do whatever she tells him to. He offered his life to her...and Naku too couldnt lie about her feelings when she knew he could read them in her eyes.

Another point to be noted in his changed behavior...today when he held her tightly that it hurt Naku and Dutta realized it he immediately let go her unlike before when he didnt care how much he hurt her physically. He has started treating her with kid gloves.

Just like Nakku swallowing all the hurt he caused her, he is begining to do the same.

As Adithinks said (where are you Adithinks?),heneeds to grow. And he is growing mentally strong, and his love is getting stronger.

It kind of reminded me ofa chapter we had in our old English text book,the final part of Illiad- The Trojan Horse.

Menelaeuskills the last surviving brothers of Paris, Diaphobus, andsees Helen. He raises his sword to kill her, but is struck by her ageless beauty, andlets the sword fall off his hands.

I know it makes no sense here. But I amjuststruck by the thought that his feelings for her must have been so strong (even if it was onlyher beauty),he forgot all that bloodshed, loss and pain, she had caused him.And took her back with him.

I guess, Dutta must have felt something intense like that today, on seeing Nakku.

So, all that angerdisappeared. Give him some time,he will smart for a while, but deal with it.

Even when he asks her to swear on Bappa and she looks around the place before coming up with a lame answer, he knows she is lying and then he charges towards her and says, 'Bol de nakku' - it was not bolde that you dont love me. he wanted to say bol de what your eyes are telling me. Her eyes were screaming the answer to him, but he wanted to hear it and he did not want to give up until she said it, but when she cried, he accepted defeat and realised she wasn't going to say it. But he knows that answer very well. The fact that she did not say she does not love him, even in a lie, he knows that their relationship is on. All he needs to now do is clear the mess, which will be worth the wait 😊

Wow! ur so right adi...I love how you put a spin to his "ur tears always beat me" dialouge. I guess I looked at the usual serial/movie kinda of a way...

Just to add - Dutta trusts people (ex family) only when he is convinced they are meeting his eyes and speaking the truth - that is a characteristic. Family, he trusts blindly. But observe all previous episodes when Kala has brainwashed him - he was never meeting her eye to see what she was saying. Tomorrow, will be the first time, he will see Kala in the eye and talk 😊 Isn't that something to look forward to 😃

Btw, he is not stupid anymore. He will put things in perspective and see that Nakku is at the edge of a cliff within herself, screaming for him to hear her unsaid words - 😊

Yes seeing Kala for what he is will be a first. I have a feeling both Baji and he always knew/know abt Kala but they categorize it as overprotectiveness towards her brother that comes out harshly against those she perceives as causing him pain. This was the first time he kinda caught her talking crap to an innocent ie Babi. Plus he knew that Kala wasnt happy with his decision wrt Naku but she pretended to accept it so he let her taunts on Naku's status pass.
