which article said he wont propose? i dont remember any... all i remember is reading that a lavish wedding is being planned for them..

its 9:50 p.m. here.... and that article said he will have trouble confessing his feelings... but that doesnt mean that he wont propose in front of everyone...maybe, he will just say he is feeling sorry for what he did 2 her in the past.. because in the precap, he didnt look too shy at the idea of proposing to her...
