It seems Anna loves Pakeezah. In one of the scenes Raj Kumar tells Meena Kumari to not keep her feet on the ground as they will get dirty. So the one liner for Nakku is...

Nakku: "Hey Amma jaldi ja kar Anna ko bulao mein Pakeezah jaise naach ke dekhati hoon - Inhi logon ne inhi logon ne le lina dupatta mera" 😆😆
