@DD: I use photoshop- but I guess something like gimp would work too. You can use Dutta's notebook (I uploaded it here for you if you want to, it's a psd file though, tell me if you can't open it and I'll send you another one: http://ul.to/kv7852) - the blank file, just the book. Open it and write/ draw/ paste away.
