Naku falls & Dutta quickly catches her …his hands on her waist & hers gripping on to his shoulders ....they have an eye lock .. Dutta is staring down at her .. Naku could feel his deep probing eyes on her face …she panics inside what if Dutta notices similarities & recognizes her …she didn't want Dutta to find out about her truth this way …she had to distract him 4rm staring at her …then she suddenly places her mouth on his lips capturing it into a kiss ….her hands moves 4rm his shoulders to the back of his head …She closes her eyes to feel the softness & the taste of his lips …Dutta freezes & is stunned ,,eyes wide open in shock as to what was happening …suddenly he comes to his senses & tries to break the kiss …he moves his hand away 4rm her waist ….Naku who gets unbalanced 4rm his sudden release falls back on the ground taking down Dutta too as she is still holding his head....he falls on top of her …Dutta fingers dig deeper into her skin causing her pain to break away 4rm her hold …. She feels pain so bites him on the lips & finally releases him … Dutta pushes her away with full force in anger .. Dutta glares down at her pointing a finger at her asking her to stay away 4rm him if wanted to stay alive .…. she scampers back scared to see Dutta in such a temperament …

Dutta starts walking again with Naku following him at a distance .. Dutta stops ,,he feels that she is following him …he walks again & stops at the place where Naku had lit the fire ..but now the fire had gone out due to rain ..As night has fallen & he doesn't want to leave without Naku he decides to spend the night here … He cleans out the place making it dry to start a new fire …he manages to find sum dry leaves & twigs & lightens it up with a lighter which he had picked it up when it had fallen 4rm one of the goons pocket ..
He sits besides the fire warming himself & thinking of Naku …. Rani comes out 4rm behind the tree & sits down opposite him to take the heat 4rm the fire …. His face hardens at the sight of her & glares at her but sayz nothing ..
She mumbles that as night has fallen ,,so she just want to sit by the fire 4 warmth &that she wouldn't pester him & that she would leave as soon as dawn came … Dutta doesn't reply & he keeps luking at the fire …thinking of his marriage with Naku ,,his torture on her & then his decision to release her & going separate ways …he feels that he had hurt her so very much ,,,,he curses himself 4 his behavior .. He prays again inwardly 4 her safety ..
Naku is watching his face ,,,she can see the pain visible on his face ….she wished only if she could hug him & comfort him .. She curses herself 4 giving him pain …
Night is slowly passing & sleep is away 4rm both of them …. Dutta deep in his thoughts & Naku silently observing him …. Suddenly she breaks the silence ,,she asks him "Saahib ,,aap kis ko dhoondh rahe they …"
Dutta broken 4rm his thoughts looks at her …..he doesn't reply her back & throws some more dry leaves & twigs in the fire … she asks again ,,this time Dutta retorts back at her angrily .."Tu chup nahi reh sakti kya .."
Naku : wo to maine aapko areshan dekha to pooch liya …..maaf karna ab nahi pooche gi ..
After a little while Dutta asks her : Aye tujhe jungle k raaste pata hai kya ….
Naku puzzled as to wat to say : Nahi sahib ,,itna nahi ..woh to baba k saath aayi thi to raasta bhool gayi .. subah ko pata karegi ….tum kyun poochta hai ..
Dutta : nahi wo bas ,,hum bhi kho gaye hain …
Naku : hum bhi sahib ,,, matlab ,,,apke saath bhi koi hai ..
Dutta : haan wo mere biwi ….wo bhi mere saath thi ,, haath mooh dhone gayi nadi ke paas aur pata nahi kaise mujhse bichad gayi ,,,ussi ko dhoondh raha hoon …
Naku : Mil jaye gi sahib …tum ghabrao nahi …
Dutta faintly smiles ..
Naku asks him : sahib tum usse bahut pyar karte ho na ….
Dutta doesn't reply confused that did he love Naku ..
Naku : sahib ,,,dekhne main kaise hai aapki biwi ..agar aap batana chaho to ..
Dutta lost in the moments spent with her : bahut masoom hai woh ,, bilkul bachchon ki tara ..aur uska dil to bahut hi khoobsurat hai ,,,bilkul pavitra ,,,usme koi khot nahi hai ..
Tears stream down naku eyes as she hears Dutta thoughts about her…
