Gurmeet is very similar to MR too...he's total opposite of Maan...very fun loving and hilarious. U must watch him in PPAW. I loved him there. And yes he's also cute like MR and yet plays an intense angry young man onscreen. and lets not forget the stubble. In the dance his clothes were similar to dutta's entry scene...minus the famous chain.
But my GG is very self deprecating...he doesnt know how good looking he is. now I hope Naku tells him and whistles at him when he is looking ultra nice kyunki no one else will dare to tell him that apart from Baji ofcourse.

I had seen him in LS and knew he is good looking and can act. whole of last year tv leads were filled with newcomers with zero acting abilities. so i was hoping that atleast one lead wud not be learning acting on the job. i was intrigued by the promos of the show but didnt want to start watching it till the male lead entered as before that the show was extremely depressing. so when MR was finalized for the role i thought i MUST atleast watch his entry scenes and see how it goes. i was very confident he can do the ruf and tuf role of a don well as in LS his role was similar. infact u can say both roles cud be of the same person who has gone thru different circumstances. in LS too he was an angry young man but he was the son of middle class educated parents so he got to go to college. he grew up angry as his parents were divorced and hated his father for moving on with another woman. in fact at one point his character akash even takes to crime when pushed by circumstances. but his father who is a police officer then steps in and pulls his son back to the right path even at the cost of his career. also akash's first love shruti is madly in love with him and sticks to him thru thick and thin unlike dutta's first love. so akash also can go to any extent for shruti. btw akash also rarely smiled...but i guess there are some goofy grin pics of akash and shruti from the wallpapers.
Also i guess LS was made 3 years back...MR looks older and more mature now and that helps. though i am sure if he removes the stubble he will look more cute than hot.
As for gurmeet i never saw ramayan...but caught up an omnibus of the final episodes. there i loved how he acted out ram's longing for his wife. i guess the real life relationship with debina also played a part here. then ofcourse in PPAW he was really hilarious. and i didnt bother much abt maan so never thought abt how gurmeet wud do the the role.

Gurmeet is nice and I saw that dance episode and yes the chemistry is sizzling but... it was so FILMY😕 Especially when he sari got ripped and then he comes to cover her up. Why didn't she just walk off? *Aisha Looks Dubious*
