Well about grandson she doesnt have love that can be understood, but i do have a feeling that she does love Karan. Its impossible for a woman to keep someone in her womb for 9 months and then hate him🙂

she dosnt hate karan but had been using him so now she plans to hurt nandini so tht karan gets hurt , abt stealing the baby of nk !!sobsob poor nk only have to face such probelms in life

if she truly loves karan then she would not hurt nandini or anybody karan loves because that would indirectly hurt karan too.
