do u think that nandini will find out the relationship between tanya and karan or not since she knows about tanya's place...i tink mayb..(depends on tomorrow's epi)

wait so nandini doesnt know dat karan married tanya wen she was in coma?if so den doesnt she wonder y bhoomi called her mousi maa intead of maa

bhoomi called tanya mom bcs tanya took care of her while nandini was in coma😳And nandini noes why bhoomi caleed her mausi not mom.(i hope u get it alivya)

And , i don't think nandini will find out yet it gonna happen after the leap😃
