OK I will take a guess. I belive Snoopy Mandy sum how found out that Mihir has gone to court against Viranis and has sent them info abbout it.

Or Jas is out of jail and Mandy is threatening Juhi

First, I too think that it's court notice sent by Mihir.
Second, maybe Tulsi send a thank You note to Juhi. 😆 ( I don't think it's true It does not make any sense.) 😆

That can't be Thank you note sent to Juhi from Tulsi lol coz Juhi was shocked and Tulsi handwritin ain gonna tell nyone that it's her. Plus since like last few years, I haven't seen Tulsi or any lady in the show writing anything lol every letter is jus readymade for them 😆

I too think that it's court notice sent by Mihir, because if it was something like Mandira finding out about Mihir's actions why wouldn't she just call Juhi? And afterall if it was something along their plans, Im sure she wouldn't mail it because it could end up in anyones hands! 😕

Maybe it was an invitation from Meera and Payal to join them to celebrate the annual Mihir's Lovers & Stalkers Festival, hosted by Payal the original Mihir stalker. 😈 Juhi probably had no idea that there were so many other women in line before her and that's why she was shocked.
