Mr. Bhatia: Wow, What should i say? I should praise you. What a good and wonderful plan you made.
Gujral: Think. When making the plan is making us so much happiness, then think when destroying virani's would be accomplished, then how happiness would it be. Then every day, every night would be a celebration, celebration.(Gujral and Bhatia gives evil smiles and Gujal spins the ball.)
At the Virani house, the family members are sitting in the family room depressed, worried, and upset, waiting for Karan and mihir to bring some good news.
Sahil asking Mihir: What happened? Older father, did you found anything?
Mihir says: yes Sahil. This time Aditya Gujral has played a big game with us. He bought lots of shares of Virani industries, enought of shares, even if he want, he could become virani's chairperson.(everyone are listening and shocked to hear this and someone is waiting for some miracle to happen now.)

Savita looks at Tusli and says: Now, what will happen?(everyone is thinking of what savita had said.)
Karan: This is all my fault, if I had concentrate and pay attention a little bit on what is happening to the market,(tulsi and savita looks at Karan as its not his fault) concentrated on the shares, (Daughter-in-law and brothers are looking at karan as now how can we save this house.)this would never had happened.(Mihir stares at Karan as it was also his mistake) Our company's shares were removing slowly slowy and I was not even aware of.(Tulsi & Savita wish they could stop karan for blaming himself. hursh was almost in tears.) Wish, I had thought it before, so this situation would never had came.(Karan slap the papers on his hand with anger and guilt.)
Gautam says to Karan with angry eyes: Karan!(Savita & Tulsi looking at Gautam & Karan. Mihir is surprised if there is going to be more fights between two brothers.) If this is your fault, then I am also included in this fault.(Karan, Savita & Tulsi are very surprised this good behaviour from gautam to Karan.Mihir is releif. Mohini is surprised with sadness. Nandini & Damini are very surprised)Yes, I am also to be blamed. The more business you have, the more it is mine. Then how are you responible alone for this?(Damini is head is down, Nandini is stunned, Savita is about to cry and tulsi is taking breathes.)If you did something wrong, then where was I right?(Tulsi and Savita are in thoughts.)
Tusli saying to Gautam: You are late to understand all this. If in good time, you all were giving each other support, then this bad time in this family would never have come.(Karan & Gautam are looking at Tulsi with sad eyes.Mihir is tensed.)Now you will see, Aditya Gujral will use as dumb character of the play.(Karan is looking at mihir and mihir is in tears.) He will crush our discipline and self-respect. What could we do?(Ganga, Gayari and Savita have no word but to cry.)
Karan says to Tusli: Mother, please. We all here, and in these situation we should try to solve all the problems. If we break like this, then....(Savita and Tusli are in tears)
Tusli in tears and replies to Karan: So what should i do now? Speak, From whom should I expect?Is there any miracle going to come?
Karan says: Mother we are here.
Tulsi: WE?Which we are you talking about? The word We become when all the family members stands together. here we all Standing against each other. Look at Sahil, he is standing alone, and Gautam, he cannot even look into ur eyes. he is going to be stand with you? I am asking you, will you be able to stand the height to walk with gautam?(Gautam and Karan heads are down as they have no answer. Ganga and Gayatri lost in thoughts.)
Hursh: Mother, someone beleives it or not but I believe in WE.(Savita & Tusli are surprised along Nandini, Damini and mohini, Gautam and Karan. Hursh walks off and Stands close to Karan)and For Virani's industries, I will support Karan.(Savita, Tulsi, Mihir, Nandini are very surprised with a good smile. Damini is just watching and mohini is thinking what is hursh upto.)
Tulsi saying to Hursh: You leave it hursh, What will you do alone? Just leave these talks(Hursh, Karan & Gautam are looking at tulsi as Tulsi expression are that only two brother cannot able to fight toward Gujral.)
Sahil moves and stands next to Karan and Says: and even if I support hursh then mother?(Tulsi & Savita are very much surprised and suddenly looks at sahil along with Karan, Hursh and Gautam. gayatri and ganga also very surprise to see that brothers are almost becoming one.The background music is something religius and very in action but in good way.)
Tulsi says to four brothers: First, you all deicide, with whom you want to fight? With Aditya Gurjal? or with each other?( Savita is hoping things wont come out in a argument.)
Gautam answer to Tulsi: if we all decide to become one, then? (Hursh is shocked with happiness, Karan & Sahil are looking at each other, Savita has tears of happiness. Tulsi cannot beleive what she is hearing, it sounded like a dream for her. Ba got sparkles into her face, which suddenly is glowing with happiness. Mihir is giving a big happiness msile. While mohini is still thinking, Damini is ok, but Nandini is very happy that the brothers have become one.)
Karan says to Tulsi: Yes mother, If we become WE and fight together toward Gujral, then? Mother now WE are not seperate, we all are together(Savita & Tulsi are smiling in tears.) Mother now you have trust on us.(Karan is very happy and Tulsi in tears.)
Tusli: I do not know if we can able to defeat Aditya Gujral or not, but one thing I can tell you this is that today this mother is very happy.(four brothers are smiling)Because today my children won the biggest victory of their life.(the four brother arms are around each other.)My children has broke their ego and they are with the discipline and self-respect.(savita is very happy)Which is life's biggest price/money. maybe tomorrow we lose, come to the streets, but one happiness will always be that my family will always remain one and my children will alway be together. I do not want anything else in this live, this happiness is enough for me.(everyone is very happy, mohini is still in her thoughts.)
Mihir and four brothers are at the meeting. Everyone is waiting for Mihir & Sahil. Mihir and Sahil comes. Everyone stands up as soon mihir and sahil enters.
Mihir: Sorry I am late, Please sit, sit.( everyone sits down.)Okay now, we should start the meeting. As you all know, Manster(sorry for mispelling) fabric is a big contract for Virani's company.( everyone is looking at mihir or to each other and concentrating on he project.)I want that karan should execute this contract.( gautam is looking at karan and is cool with mihir decision. Suddenly someone is opening the door at the meeting and it is GUJRAL. he enters the room and look at everyone who are present at the meeting. Mihir and four brothers looks whose at the door and they see its Gujral and they all are shocked to see him at the meeting without any permission.Gujral come close to Mihir chair with some proud face)
Mihir questions Gujral: Mr.Gujral, what are you doing here?
Gujral answers Mihir: The same Question I can ask you. What are you doing in this chair? Get up. Now, you have no right to sit in this chair. Come on, get up.(Karan & Sahil are shock to see the insult of Mihir.)
Karan shouts at Gujral:Talk with respect Gujral.(Gautam and Sahil stands up with stunned face.) The chairman of this company is Mihir Virani,(mihir is stunned to see this positive attitude of karan.) even if you have bought the share from the market, it doesn't mean you are the chairman of this company(mihir, Gautam and sahil are surprised.) The chairman will be who will be on board decision and it will be decided on the next meeting, till then this chair belongs to my father.(Gujral and mihir stares at each other.
Gujral tells his decision: The person who will decide about who will become the chairman of the company, who has the most shares.(mihir and karan are shocked) In today's date, I have the most shares. I do one thing. I, myself here announce the chairman of this company. Right?(Sahil, Gautam and Karan are shatter and shocked to see that their father is not the chairman anymore.GUjral then looks at Mihir.) Now Mr.Virani, will you please get up?( mihir is shocked and his four sons are shocked as the sky has came down for the storm.)
