This former townie loves orbiting Malad

Karishma Tanna, now a resident of Bhoomi Classic, Malad (W) has been a townie for 22 years.

"I lived with my family in South Mumbai, but had to shift to the suburbs because of its proximity to most of my shooting locations," says Karishma or Indu of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

This actress loves her neighbourhood because it reminds her of the part of town she once lived in.

"The roads around my house are broad and less crowded, just like the ones in South Mumbai. I am not used to seeing so many auto-rickshaws, which is quite an unpleasant sight considering the amount of traffic and noise they cause. So this place suits me just fine," she adds.

Groceries
I buy my groceries from Spencer's in Inorbit Mall, which is just across my house.

Clothes
I think Inorbit has great shops for casual as well as formal wear and I pick up clothes from any shop in the mall.

Restaurant
I love the food at Pop Tate's in Evershine Nagar and go there often.

DVDs / VCDs
I usually buy my DVDs and VCDs but occasionally I rent them from a local parlour.

Hangout
Whenever I am free, I like hanging out at Cafe Coffee Day at Mind Space.

Films
I just walk across the road and watch my films at Fame Malad in Inorbit.
