Smriti Irani returning to Kyunki..?

When Ekta Kapoor announced that she is going to bring back 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi's most adored actor on popular demand', we tried to unearth the identity of the actor. Reportedly the actor is none other than the iconic daughter-in-law Smriti Irani.

Inside sources says, "Smriti Irani is coming back on the show. Her return merits a press-conference and since such a big name is coming back Ekta is attending and addressing it personally. Ekta was in talks with Smriti for quiet sometime now and Smriti has decided to comeback on the show."

Adding further our source says, "Smriti's comeback will lift the show, which is expected to shoot the TRPs to the roost. It has to be something big if it involves Ekta and more so if she is attending the press-conference personally. She has left no stone unturned to make the comeback big."

Though Ekta in her recent interview with a daily newspaper maintained that she will not call Smriti back on the show but our source confirms that she is returning on the show.

With the original Tulsi coming back, fate of the current Tulsi (Gautami Gadgil) hangs on a frail thread.

When contacted Gautami Kapoor said, "I can't say anything on this. You need to speak to the production house on the matter."

Despite repeated attempts Smriti remained unavailable for comments.
