The episode begins with Mihir yelling at Karan, Sahil and Gautam for their irresponsibility and each blaming the other when Gautam asks Sahil to "Shut Up!!" and Mihir intervenes and tells them to behave like adults, but they still continue to fight. Tusli comes in and mentions that this needs to stop since there is alot of work that needs to be done and asks the three brothers to go and get the murti to Shri Ganesh. They hesistantly accept and leave for the task.
In the kitchen, Ganga and Damini are preparing breakfast seperately and Mohini comes in and sees this and is very happy. When she leaves, Tulsi comes in and asks both of them to make modak for prasad and Ganga refuses as she has to feed Laksh and Damini mentions that she cannot work with someone else. Tulsi refuses to listen to them and tells them to do as ordered. She promises Ganga that she will feed Laksh. Damini mentions that she has to work with Ganga because it is for a noble cause while Ganga replies that she is doing this only because of Tulsi's orders. Mohini looks at this and gets depressed.
Everyone is gathered in the center and Sahil and Gautam bring the murti of Shri Ganesh and everyone is happy and suddenly the murti slips off the hand of Gautam and everyone is on the edge but Sahil helps him and Ba is happy to see the re-uniation of the family.
Mihir and Tulsi are in the same room and Mihir is asking what were the plans that she and Ba were discussing and Tulsi mentions that these plans were made to unite the family and make sure that everyone is together in this and that how Shri Ganesh has begun to solve all the problems of the family. Mihir agrees and Mohini overhears this and gets upset and thinks that she must do something. Everyone is performing the arti and Damini and Ganga do it together so do Sahil and Gautam at the request of Tulsi. All is well and fine (Nandini is the only person not there).
Mohini walks into the kitchen upset and thinks what to do and sees the plate of prasad of modaks and decides to pour salt all over it. Tulsi asks Ganga to fetch the plate and when she beings to eat it, it is extremely salty and Tulsi gets enraged with Savita also asking who was responsible for this. Mohini adds some spice saying that these were supposed to be sweet. Ganga tells that it was probably her fault since she was the one who added the salt and asks for forgiveness, when Damini comes in and mentions that it was her fault since she gave the salt to Ganga. Looking at each support the other, Tulsi and Ba are happy with Mohini upset. Raghukaka comes and whispers something to Tulsi and Tulsi comes to know that it was Mohini and Mohini leaves.
Mohini is tensed about the situation and Tulsi comes in and starts to yell and chastise Mohini for her actions and that God will never forgive her for this. Mohini gets tensed and Tulsi mentions that she was the ultimate root of disruption and was the source of destruction and disharmony in Shantiniketan. She gets worried and Tulsi says that if she tries anything new to destroy the family, Tulsi will herself destroy her (Mohini).
Tulsi and Karan are together and are discussing the current situation and Tulsi asks Karan for a promise that he will support her in reuniting this family. Karan mentions that it is not possible, but Tulsi hesistates and Karan promises this to Tulsi. After Tulsi leaves, Karan thinks that this will be hard to do since the family has aldready broken apart and it cannot be glued back together.
Mihir comes out and asks Sahil to come with him tomorrow morning to the center for some shopping early in the day and he agrees. After Mihir leaves, he remembers that he has to mail something important in the morning and sees Gautam and tells him to do it for him. Gautam argues but then agrees to mail it on the basis that he is helping his father.
Mohini sees this and starts to instigate Gautam, but it fails and Gautam tells her to bud out. When Mohini is walking, Tulsi tells her that her plans will never be successful and declares that there will be no batwara no matter what and Mohini gets upset.
Tomorrow:
Abhishek comes to Shantiniketan to be part of the Ganeshutsav celebrations with Mohini looking happy, Shobha mad and Tulsi/Karan puzzled.
