Actually its not Karan's fault that he gets afraid of Tulsi..Tulsi has already killed Ansh and Savita 😆 ...so karan is afraid that "kahin mera number nahin aa jaye" 😆

Arre did not the Dr know that SN residents can't die by a mere dil stopping dhadkoing, they can also come back when their arthis are cremated and reduced to ashes. 😆
