Gauri Pradhan has been an integral part of Hiten's career as well.But the show they are doing together,KSKBT isn't looking too great of late.The characters are getting stagnant., the plots becoming more repetitive and other shows are already giving it run for its money.The actor isn't living in fool's paradise and even though he defends his show, he doesn't mind admitting to its travails."There will be a point of stagnation for Kyunki… as it has been going on since 7-8 years.It's been 1500 episodes, so there has to be some repettion.I mean,how many different kinds of situations can you put in?But the creative heads keep coming up with new changes in the track to keep vigour alive."

He's a big star and Gauri is too her in own way.How does he deal with the ego clashesh that are bound to arise because both of them have such different temperaments?'There is a saying that opposites attracts.,that is the case with us.She is like a coconut that is very soft from inside but very hard on the outside.She might look very strict and the kind of person who will beat up someone but she is really good at heart.The best things about us is that we don't take work at home.Once we go home,its just our life.And the point is we always keep one thing in mind we have accepted each other the way we are so we don't have any ego clashes and we don't want to change anything about each other.We have an amazing understanding."

Sometimes back,there was news that Gauri was pregnant."That's was our seventh child,I think,'he laughs again."It was seventh time that such a thing was reported in media.I just have one thing to say about this to the media and my fans and that is I would never hide such good news.I would scream at the top of my voice to tell everybody because I would be so happy."

Actually Hiten who added credence to the rumours when he admitted to a TV channel that she was pregnant.But the next day,he went back on hs word.There was news that Gauri was extremely upset him for making a public spectacle of a private moment.Hiten thinks it was India TV or some channel like that but they misquoted me.Everybody called me and asked me it was true.I had only said that if she was pregnant,I would love tell everyone and those people misjudged what I have said.As far as Gauri is concerned,she was fine.She too feels that it is such a good thing that he wouldn't hide it.And even if we do,for how long would be able to do so because after a few months,people would come to know about it.

Lat year when something spoke with him,he even said that he was planning a family."Yes,I did say that but planning a family needs quality time together,"admits Hiten."One can't just say that tomorrow we want to start a family.'Yes, I did say that tomorrow we want to start a family and start it.It does take time and once we take a vacation break that is the time we would sit down and plan it out."

Hiten has always maintained that he is extremely scared of his wife.How does he thinks she'd react if she found out he were attracted to someone else of if he had an affair?"You have to be scared of your wife if you want to live a good married life,"he says."Anyway,the fact is that she knows that this sort of a thing would never happen with me.Moreover,even in Kyunki…there were few scenes when I had to hug Tanya and Guair used to tell me to hug properly and do the scene well.Our relationship is totally based on trust,faith and understanding,which I think is the main base for any relationship."

Starplus and its bouquet ofsaas bahu serials are still running the roost.But now,the margin are very less with its neared competitor,ZeeTV coming into the forefront.Zee is offering fresher content while star still sticking to its old formula.Hiten comes into the picture because he's a part of star's 2 most popular shows.How will channel war affect him if Zee takes the lead?"This won't affect me because if Zee is a popular channel and it is going up then the production house will also want to work on Zee,"states Hiten."Simultaneously,if they do,they will offer me work so that the way I will work for Zee too.As an actor,I know for a fact that I have to work and will keep on continuing to do my work."

But by being overdependent o Balaji,isn't he limiting his horizons?Doesn't he want to try his handelsewhere?"I am working 30 days a month and if I am happy,I don't see the need to unnecessarily commit to somebosyelse and then not giving time and attention to any of projects that I have taken up.No one today has a banked episodes.,everything is very cut to cut so that leaves with me no options,"he maintains

But then what happens if he crossed swords with Balaji?"I have had no problem working with them.Only when I had joined Kasauti…. The timings needed to be adjusted here and there but besides that nothing.So I don't see myself crossing nay swords anywhere."

For televisions stars,the shelf life is very short and no one really knows you once the serials are over.Look what happened to stars like cezanne khanAmar Upadhya Rajeev Khandelwal.Does he fera that someday the same might happen to him?How would he react if he lost all his stardom?,"I don't feel that way,"Hiten shoots back."I think I am really blessed in a way the people know the real Hiten Tejwani.I have already created an identity in the minds of people.A lot of serials I have done like Kavyanjali or Kaisa yeh pyar hain have shut down,but that hasn't affected me.And I don't think a day would come where I would lose all my stardom.But if it does,then my approach would be to start from scratch again and work really hard."

The only hostility we've heard he's faced is from Ejaz Khan after he replaced him in Kesar.We've heard the two aren't even on talking terms anymore.Hiten gets taken aback with that and clarifies,"This is a bullshit.,it is just another rumour.We are good friends and we have done a couple of other serials together too.It was just that he was doing Kkavyanjali and he didn't have any time for Kesar,which is why he was replaced.Other than that there were absolutely no problems at all.

In age of woman dominated soaps.Hiten stands the risk of of getting lostby being just a support factor and not the main protagonist.But he has his own take on it."Where there is woman there has to be a man too.The whole story will not revolve around only the woman.Where there is Tulsi there has to be Mihir.So Mihir is also equally important.Men are not just support factors.,they are very important in the storyline.In a way they are supporting but one can't say that they are not important.

We really odn't blame Hiten for a viewpoint like that considering he's one of the higest paid actors of televisions.As we come close to the end of our conversations,Hiten laughs and says,"Even Ram Kapoor wants to become Hiten Tejwaniand become the hihest paid actor.But I always tell him that there is nothing like that and all these r just rumours."Well,life is beautiful for Hiten Tejwani.So who's complaining?

Aseem ll create misunderstandings between KN. Hope that won't happen. 😃 I felt sorry for Karan when he was shown working at construction site. The creative team has gone mad. How could they do that to Karan? 😭 Karan brings trps , it does not mean that they make him work like that. Where r other young guys? Karan should be getting ready to marry Nandini, not working. 😳

karan has to work so hard...and all these young KIDS of sn r busy in shopping and hanging out in kitchen lol..
nakul was working somewhere na but now it seems lik he is not intrested..he is busy romancing wid sanchi and same wid joydeep he is busy wid all the ladies...

Guys, according 2 the preview, was Aseem Nandini's past? I saw that Karan was little bit surprised when Nandini received money from Aseem. But shocked? As it was mentioned in the preview? And what kind of work Karan was doing? OH no. A labourer lifting up lots and lots of heavy loads. I don't like 2 c my Karan like this.
