So many people are perdicting that it is son for Karan and Nandni whom is not yet shown in the show. and there are people who have pool and asking who should play their son...but how can we be sure whether it is son...because you never know Ekta and what can she do...
...if you see Kasauti Zindagi Kay, lead Prerna's all grandchildrens are girls...Shaksham, Nihall and Vardhan are only male character who are male from the new generation and they are all Prerna's son-in-laws.
so we can't really say whether it is a boy or girl
