i think it can be either rishab or thakral.

rishab: when rishab said he wanted to buy a bungalow for tripti...tripti said that buyin a bungalow with my money...

rishabh was shocked so when tripti died he thought...maybe trpti had transfered her money into rishabh account or all her money will belong to her husband afetr her death.
thats y he calle the lawyer

thakral: tripti deceived him by NOT bailin him!

Thakral's motive for murder looks much less than that of Rishabh.
ACP Ragini doesnot need a search warrant since if challenged legally she can have the all the Viranis have a tough time. They have no choice but to co-operate.
Ekta is making this a typical Sherlock Holm/Alfred Hitchcok story, where everyone has a motive and come under the scanner. However like most bollywood suspense movies she might spring out a surprise.

😆😆😆30?? Do you KNOW Ekta Kapoor?? Her serials need 15 episodes to spread a gossip around every actor, 25 episodes to find out who actually loves whom, 40 episodes to find a rapist, 65 episodes to find kids and their respective biological parents, and I am guessing round about 100 episodes to find a killer, you know a murder is BIG..lol..

I don't think it's gautam. She was gonna be in the show 4 30 days. But if she found him in a week then, she should make an exit next week. But he is not the real killer. It's some1 else. She is gonna find the real one after that she realizes Gautam is not the killer.
