I feel both the ladies have made a considerable number of sacrifices.

Except that in Nandini's case, her sacrifices are on the lines of divine purity. Tanya shows streaks of humanity by a regular emotional outburst. Also Tanya has a habit of recalling and counting the number of sacrifices she has made every now and then, and verbally snubbing Nandini. I think that's where her character gets marred. Now, its perspective. Whether you want to side the too good to be true Nandini, or the not-so-bad but humane Tanya.

Lets face it. Every individual has grey shades. Tanya is no exception. What irks me about her is that her aspect was uncalled for. Her character is uncalled for! She walked into a marriage knowing it was a dead end, she stayed with a man knowing that she can't be loved by him. With Nandini, circumstances played the trick.

Its perspective. Since I'm more inclined towards Nandini AND Gauri Tejwani, the actor, my answer is obvious. But ofcourse, I wouldn't call Tanya 'evil'! 😊

what she did was wrong,obviosly.

but that little bit of wrong is nothing compared amount of sacrifice she has done bafore.
