Jeetendra makes his debut as Jitesh Kothari along with Anuradha Patel (Bharathi Kothari) who plays his wife. The elderly couple, Kotharis, who are free of their responsibilities, are at Dwarka on a pilgrimage. Here they meet meet Tulsi and Mihir who have been sent by Karan on this pilgrimage. Tulsi is shocked at Jitesh Kothari's short temper and rudeness when dealing with his wife, who takes all his bickering and rudeness with a smile.
What she cannot understand is the reason for Jitesh's dominating, heartless and impatient behaviour towards Bharathi and she is disillusioned by this otherwise fun-loving and friendly man. Her heart goes out to the gentle and kind-hearted Bharathi and while talking to her she is shocked at Bharathi's revelation–that her husband is terminally ill and they are here to spend some time with each other as their children are all married and settled.
An emotionally charged Tulsi meets up with Jitesh and apologizes to him. It is then that he tells her that it is his concern for his wife, who needs to be strong, independent and practical to face life without him, that drives him to be harsh with her. Both Mihir & Tulsi are touched by Jitesh's undying love and dedication towards his wife…they get inspired by this couple and decide to sort out their differences as they realize life is too short for malice and hatred. The foursome decide to take a trip to Lonavala and spend some good time together. As they prepare for their journey ahead tragedy strikes…
