Smriti and Tulsi seem hard to separate from the real and the reel |
Television Actress Smriti Irani continues to capture people's imagination either as the most popular personality of Indian soap operas or as a politician.
But now Smriti has gone ahead and begun a production house that churn out more serials like the ones which made her a household name. After all it pays to be in control!
But the drama continues between the diva of 'K'dom Ekta Kapoor and her muse Smriti Irani despite rumors of the fallout between the two. And Smriti seems to be willing to let bygones be bygones.
"As a producer I am producing for every sector available in the Hindi belt and I am sure as Balaji is in the production business too you will be seeing a lot of our products on a lot of channels together." Smriti says
From the small screen to big, Smriti is going for the kill with her film with well known actors. Sources say SRK could be in a starring role. Well it never hurt anyone to dream. But Smriti is quick to rubbish the rumors. "He is too big for me to approach, but inshallah the day I can, I will."
With so much happening the K factor continues to rule her life. After all it isn't easy shaking of the tag of Tulsi Virani, this after 7 years of living the character. But the actor says she doesn't really miss being the part. "I've been a part of people's life for 7 years and they haven't disassociated me with the character. I've given my all to that particular character and made it as popular as I could, within the given limitations as an actor so I don't miss it."
No wonder then that Smriti and Tulsi seem hard to separate from the real and the reel.
