Everything belongs to Karan

How come everything owned by Virani's belong to Tripti.

Tripti got Tanya signed on the papers of Tanya's property. Karan give his property to Tanya and does this mean that Karan owned everything of Virani's. What about Gautam or Chirag or Harsh, doesn't they inherit anything from the ancestors.

Even if Tripti got Tanya to sign the paper that said everything of Virani's belongs to Tripti now. Did the mean either Karan or Tanya are the care takes of Virani's property or they have the power of attorney.

If everything belongs to Tripti that once belonged to Karan, this just proved that Virani's love more son than the other ones.

If someone can explain me to about this, please do.
