Can any1 tell me who Abhishek is? And how is he relates to Payal??

Abhisekh is Shobha's husband. He was Vishaal's (Shobha's first husband's) best friend. Payal and him are not really related but because he was Vishaal's best friend and business partner so Payal regards him as a son as well just as Vishaal was his son.

On the other hand Abhisekh was a back-stabber and using Vishaal's company to do drug business which him and Ansh owned. And he is also indirectly involved with Vishaal's murder

abishek is sobha's second husband. He was Vishal's (sobha's first husband good friend and a business partner). He was involved with Ansh in murdering Vishal. After Vishal's death..he married sobha and has been living with payal as her son.
