Written Update: August 8th 2007
"Cat-attack"
Short Update:
- J.R claims he'll get Tulsi back in 15 days.
- Abhir swears revenge.
- Bhumi meets the "new" Joydeep.
- Cats take over Tulsi-Mihir's living room.
Maniacal laughter continues. J.R stops laughing and announces he knew Juhi would come back to him. Mihir takes refuge behind Tulsi's petite form. J.R goes out to hug her but Mihir pulls back his wife and steps in. J.R states that he's standing between him and his wife. Mihir reprimands him by stating that she's his wife. Manical laughter begins again. J.R tells him it's not the time to joke. Mihir confirms J.R's worst fear. J.R tells him that he's daft. J.R tries to see Tulsi but Mihir turns her around. Mihir explains there is a long – albeit tad boring - story about it but the fact remains: Tulsi is Tulsi, his wife. Karan steps in and restates the same. Billy jumps in the conversation as well and repeats what the other two said. J.R is anything but interested. J.R exclaims that vision can be mistakened but scent cannot. Then he – to put it mildly – launches himself at Tulsi. Mihir tries to protect her while Billy tries to hold his father back. Karan follows suit. After long brawling, they finally manage to pull J.R back while Tulsi squirms. Billy shouts at his father not to embarrass him. He restates Tulsi isn't Juhi and then asks him to leave. J.R vindictively pushes Billy back and spits venomous words at the rest of them, along the lines of "You are all against me. Juhi, I'll get you back, just you wait." He gives the ultimatum of 15 days, their wedding anniversary, that he'll have her back in their house. Mihir raises his hand, in an attempt to silence him. J.R leaves after shouting "15 days" and just then Tulsi faints. The whole Virani family surrounds her like a group of hyenas on meat. On a side note, Archita has a very unflattering belly in this episode.
Archita sits beside Abhir and thinks that she's been too malicious with Abhir…that he's already realized…that he cares…gets jealous…yadayadayara. Abhir stirs and Archita puts his hand on his stomach. She caresses his cheek only to see him snapping back at her about her alleged relationship with Billy. Archita tries to protest but Abhir shuts her up by swearing revenge. Abhir is talking groggily, however.
Bhumi is having nightmares about Joydeep, or so it seems. She thinks it's impossible for Joydeep to change. Just then, Joydeep steps in, withthis weird look on his face…like he's trying hard to be all cool. His face is devoid of any emotion that it's so very weird. Joydeep tells her that it's not a dream, with a hint of arrogance to his words. He claims that the new Joydeep has no interest in Bhumi and walks away. Trying but failing to look arrogant, selfish prick. He really should go to Tom Felton for classes on being the arrogant brat. But anyways, that's beside the point. Bhumi looks confused.
Tulsi is sulking. Mihir tells her that tickets are booked and everything is arranged…He promises her that she'll feel better if she goes out of the city for a while. Tulsi moves away from his attempt at a "comfort-hug". She protests that he won't admit defeat so soon. Mihir asks her what he should do. Then, assures her that things will change if they leave the city. Tulsi tries to protest, but in vain. Mihir leaves, after telling her to get some rest.
Tripti is trudging up the stairs towards Tanya and Damini. She asks them what's wrong Before either have a chance to reply, Daksha steps in and informs them of the tension between Mihir-Tulsi…The trio hardly seemed bothered. After being asked to do so, Daksha explains Mihir-Tulsi have no time for their food catering business. She reminds Damini of her experience and tells her that it'll be a similar one – the dog will be replaced by a horse. Tanya tells her it's not needed. Damini further explains that it's all up to J.R now. Daksha argues that he may fail. Tanya tells her that J.R is obsessed with Tulsi because the guy is mad.
Lakshya tells Karan that it's already so late that they should leave. Karan agrees. KT turns around to see a cat on the road and wonders what it's doing there. She tells Karan that it's bad luck to see black cat before leaving the house. Karan tells him it's all one's belief. Mihir comes out with Tulsi and notices the tense looks on their faces. He questions it. Karan comes up with a lame excuse about business. Mihir tells them to take care of the business. KT assures him not to worry about the business. Mihir and Tulsi leave with the cats and J.R on their tails, literally.
Nakul brings Tripti to some place. Nakul informs her he's brought her to lunch. Tripti tells her that he should bring his girlfriend to a date. Nakul calls for the waiter. Tripti questions her if he's seen a girl…Nakul blushes. He sees Sanjhi. Tripti is confused. Nakul walks up to her. Sanjhi explains that she came to look for someone. Nakul invites her to join. She politely refuses but Tripti persuades her. Tripti, the gold-digger, is actually happy with Sanjhi. Nakul asks her to order something. They have this little quarrel
Tulsi and Mihir arrive at their second honeymoon spot. Mihir tells her to go relax; he'll be bringing the stuff shortly. Tulsi goes into the house and is spooked out… there are footprints on the floor but she takes no notice. Mihir calls to her and she gets freaked out. He asks her how she likes it… She says it's fine. He notifies her of his plans to check in. She goes to sleep on her bed but is woken up by cat screeches. She feels terrified. Two yellow eyes stare at her… She calls out to Mihir and tells him there's a cat there. She gets afraid…Mihir tries to comfort her but she's scared beyond belief. They go out to see a lot of cats, not just one. Tulsi is mortified.
