Karan gets the reults and thinks the reason behind Tanya and the gynec.... and then Mihir comes and they take the report. Shobha calls Savita and asks why hasn't anyone called and Savita says that there was something going on and now everything is fine. She also talks about the trip and Shobha gets upset since she was not notified. She says that she understands that there is no relationship between her and Tulsi, but atleast Mihir could inform them. Savita tells that she will talk with Mihir.
Doctor says that Tanya is perfectly healthy along with the baby and Tanya wonders that Karan would be so happy if he heard this, but she cannot tell him about this.
Tulsi, Mihir and Karan are walking and some lady comes and talks with Tulsi, since she knows her and they talk while Mihir and Karan go to the doctor's office and the doctor says that the case is complicated since Tulsi has lung cancer. They are shocked and Mihir and Karan start crying. He cannot believe and thinks that this is just a joke. Doctor says that these reports have been checked twice and they are true. Mihir is shocked and Doc recommends that she be admitted. Karan says that Tulsi should not know this that she is close to death. Mihir says that this cannot happen and she will not die.
Mihir agrees that she must be admitted and he leaves. Karan folds his hand and says that she should not die. Mohini overhears a conversation between Ganga and Damini that nothing should happen with Tulsi and her reports should be alright. Mohini gets mad and the same talk is between Himat and Prajakta. Mohini thinks that after this drama of Tulsi, her status has increased and that she herself will use this "sickness" drama in the future for herself.
Mihir tells Tulsi that she has to be admitted and she asks why and says that the doctor wants to do more tests and there is nothing else. She refuses, but Mihir forces her. Tulsi asks for Karan but he is not there. He looks at her and thinks that if he went in front of her, she would come to know that there is some problem since he cannot stop these tears. Tulsi leaves with Mihir.
Nands, Gayatri, Savita and Ba are tensed. Mihir and Karan come in and Ba asks where is Tulsi. Mihir says that she has been admitted. Everyone is shocked.
