Now for those who have watched KGGK for about 3 years (or 4 cant remember) that there was a track when Parvati chose to leave the house for Monalika (there was her track of her preganancy with Aryan) and Dadi accompanied her. Then they had an accident, where Parvati had plastic surgery, well not really. After a few episodes a person came from aboard who was caught sight by Shruti and she was called Swati. She looked exactly like Paro, well it was her. She proved that she was not Paro but later revealed to be Paro herself (those who watched will understand). The girl with plastic surgery was actually Swati. Paro did this to protect the family from Sanjay Doshi when she learned that he was evil.
Also, for a short duration after the plastic surgery there was a month before Sakshi rentered. So it might be the same in thid case. Tulsi would fake having plastic surgery and gone away meanwhile the new character is introduced. Then Tulsi might come back, who knows?😕
