lakshya's inexplicable behaviour

i saw the show and the one person who acted out of character was: lakshya.

first, when kt is going ballistic at eklavya, he is the person who had the most right to confront eklavya. but he didn't. he stood at the back, looking most stunned.

and then, when he heard that eklavya was burning kt's photographs, his reaction was - out of character, according to me.

why do i say this? 'cause this is the character who has so far acted - in a most thinking manner. he was thinking when he told tripti off when she tried to get him engaged to sania at b'day, at eklavya's engagement, at temple ceremony. he was thinking when he accepted kt's decision to take eklavya for baa's sake.

even in his angry moments with kt, it was always a thinking anger. after the winter ball, after his b'day. he was thinking when kt told him of her rape. he was thinking when rottweiler-tripti attacked kt's honesty in the temple.

but yesterday and today, he looked like his brain had had enough thinking and had taken a vacation. during the prayer, he looked like he was struggling with an inner demon, praying very very hard. during the accusation, he looked like his inner demon had come alive in front of him, and he was paralysed and couldn't do anything. same when nandini and aryan were in kt's room.

and now, he freaks out at mayank's story of eklavya. why? doesn't he know that eklavya is in love with kt? why did he go to eklavya's room at all? how did kt/nandini/mr.detective allow him to???

all quite inexplicable.

I completely agree with you! His reaction was totally wierd. Usually he is so calm, composed, collected. On Thursday, however, he just lost it!!!

Despite everything, however, the fact that he cares so much for KT that he is willing to fight with his mom and brother and everyone else for her is really sweet!

i seriously can't shake my mind off the idea that lakshya is acting guilty - of something! i can't figure what.

i know the standard reaction is to say: lakshya is the best, most sane person on earth. but in love, people lose their marbles and that's what's happening to lakshya. well, he has been in bad spots before on the i-love-kt front, and he's kept it together. why not now?

i agree with him that this whole "i'm impure. kt's impure" poop is enough to drive anyone bananas. i mean, i just watch it and it drives me bananas! but enough to go thwack your best buddy big brother??

another thought that is just as awful. he thinks, the scriptwriters think, that he's being a sissy 'cause he's so nice and sane. do they think that he should be hitting someone to make him macho?? argh, i think he's plenty macho the way he is.

meanie, poop-head script-writers! leave lakshya be! make him come to his senses and apologise&talk nicely to eklavya bhaiyya before anything else happens?

rubbish 😡 i totally disagree.he was just too tensed for KT.and when he came to know that his brother has done all this he reacted in anger.that only shows his love for her and this is not at all wierd.
