Ranjib Mazumder Facing fire and damnation: Mouni Roy Mouni Roy, aka Krishna Tulsi in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi recently created a furore on the sets of the show when she tried to set her make-up room on fire. Apparently the actress was peeved about her scene being delayed by a couple of hours and this was her way of venting her frustration. A source on the sets discloses, "Mouni is definitely not easy to work with. She's very short-tempered and complains bitterly whenever her scenes are delayed. But the other day, at Future Studio, Goregaon she crossed all limits! She was waiting for her scene to be shot, but it got delayed by hours as the sets were being put together. After waiting for hours on the fourth floor, she became restless and went back to her make-up room. Suddenly, we saw smoke emerging from her room! Mouni had actually started burning tissue papers, books and diaries in the make-up room and caused a fire there. Reshmi (Ghosh) who shares the same make-up room went inside to what was wrong and came out gasping for breath since she has a breathing problem. The crew members ran to the room and extinguished the fire." This may be a new development, but Mouni's crabbiness is no new story. Says a co-actor on the condition of anonymity, "Mouni doesn't gel with anyone, neither male or female co-stars. She acts like a diva with actors of her age. I am sure someone will sound her off one day." Adds a source, "Mouni is under the illusion that she is the star performer around. She is dissatisfied with her role and insecure about her co-stars. You'll never find her working on her dialogues and character." Reshmi Ghosh, however, was reluctant to divulge details. "I have nothing to say," she says. This girl needs some therapy and Anger management classes. At this rate, no surprises if she burns down the Studio too .

Her unprofessional approach and lack of interest does show up On-Screen. She just cannot act.

OmG.. what a weirdo!!.. why in the world would she set her make up room on fire.. esp. since its NOT just hers! why would they keep someone like that on sets?? I'm surprised they haven't replaced her

No Maya, I don't think so.. I rmr reading other stuff bout Mouni and how shes totally un-cooperative! Plus I think they tried interviewing and Reshmi said "no comment" so I doubt that its false
