Its a prolonged story...in brief, mandira is a doctor who saved Mihir (when Mihir was just married and when Tulsi was pregnant with Gautam). .virani's think taht Mihir is dead but he looses his memory and is saved by this doc..who happens to fell in love with Mihir. LAter when Mihir regains his memory, she still cannot leave him..plays pregnancy drama and finally is caught and when the first leap ended she disappears and is shownm dead. In the 2 nd leap, mandira comes back and this time she is a surprise to everyone except Mihir..as Mihir knows that she is alive and Mihir keeps taking car of her...as a mental patient in Australia. Later we come to know that even taht is a drama...and Mandira traps Mihir with her sickness drama and she gets pregnant with Mihir. Karan is Mihir and Mandira's son. She is shown dead in one accident but reappears with a new face. initially Mandira Bedi played this role and now by Achit Kaur.She comes back as Priyanka with a new face and she marries Mihir's younger brother Kiran Virani to be a part of VIranis. Karan is already agaisnt his mother and he hates her a lot. Priyanka is discovered as Mandira again and she is kept in jai for kidnapping Tulsi. After a long time she is back as Mrs Gujral..wife of Aditya Gujral who raised Ansh and who is already agaisnt Viranis , especially Tulsi for killing Ansh. This time Mandira is arrested for kidnapping Gautam and for trying to kidnap Bhoomi and she was in jail when the last leap ended. She was after Karan and Nandini's would be child and now as the story did not show what happenned to this kid, i am expecting that Mandira might have stolen the baby and created that the baby is dead...and she must be raising the child.

Now she is back blackmailing Tulsi....and is trying to make Abir the culprit. Any more question...vinny_rams ..anytime.

the voice it archin kauls . ithink thats her name. shes the one who played mandira and pallavi and now she is on kaa. its definetly her voice.since her voice is so distinct and dedicated viewers can recognize it from miles away, i think they dubbbed it the last weeks.
