i was actually quite troubled by yesterday's episode. the real big mess here is that it was upto karan-and-tanya to tell bhoomi she is adopted. grandma Tulsi has no right to do that.

sure, she was frustrated because her son - the one she always feels guilty about killing - was being constantly bad-mouthed by his daughter.

but to crash into a parent-child relationship? one as binding a relationship as karan-bhoomi?? tulsi is blind and completely insensitive to the feelings of real people around her vs. keeping a "family together" (what's WITH that???!).

karan would be completely justified in getting deeply hurt and starting to detest tulsi-ma. if bhoomi was a despicable creature, throwing her father's status around, tulsi-ma should've talked with karan about it. not thrust her own son's parentage down bhoomi's throat. because it is the same as thrusting her son's parentage down karan's throat! karan who lived and destroyed other relationships for tulsi-ma. karan who'd been abandoned willingly by tulsi-ma. who only really had bhoomi to pour all his love into.

i think the real trauma+drama in this serial is going to be the break between karan and tulsi. little lakshya and kt are going to be the side-show. poor, poor karan. i'm past feeling much for tulsi - she's like one ponderous, lumbering elephant walking out of the mists of ancient time for me. but karan? poor, poor karan.

y'know? i'm really confused about "keeping the family together". family are a bunch of individuals, right? every person should fight to be happy, right? if they're kept in a group, where there are old, deep-seated insecurities and hatred, where's the happiness? in that big old house, all the negatives keep rearing their ugly heads. there are perpetual spats. why can't "keeping the family together" mean that they live separately, but are there for each other through thick and thin?

this serial is a huge demonstration of why NOT to put a bunch of people - even nice ones like karan and sahil - together all the time. give people space and i bet they won't stink so much!

well, i hate the way bhoomi behaves with EVERYONE - except karan. and maybe, manthan. she stinks in that house. but strangely, i do think she says what is wrong in a stark and honest fashion. i just wish she had better people skills. after living with kind karan, this is what happens?? she's definitely not an endorsement of upbringing, i say!

i think Tulsi is completely wrong and sidelining Karan for Ansh's love. When Karan has loved Bhoomi like his own, why does she still regard Ansh as Bhoomi's father? She calls Tanya Bhoomi's mom because Tanya raised, but didn't Karan raise Bhoomi too?

He told Tulsi that Bhoomi is his daughter, but she seems to have forgotten that.

She didn't want Nandani back because it would ruin the family and the relationships. But isn't she doing the same thing by telling Bhoomi the truth about her father?

It should only be told by Karan-Nandani who her true father is.

Also folks dont forget Tulsi is trying to give the true picture to the family before that stranger on the phone gets a chance, granted she should HAVE consulted with Karan, before she approaches anybody to clarify the past.

you guys are missing the point. the truth always will eventually come out. tulsi knows that bhoomi is going to find out sooner or later, but if she finds out from some outside person it will be the distorted truth. so tulsi is right in telling the truth. as far as karan is concerned i think he is an idiot. the way karan has raised bhoomi, no offense dude you have completely lost all rights to decide her future. sure they have a very special relationship, but parents are responsible for their children actions. and i also feel his reasons to love bhoomi are also selfish, she is nandini daughter, so what about your son manthan. he cant pick and chose between his children. has karan learned nothing from tulsi. a parent love is unconditional, but they should also learn when and how to discipline their children, if you scold them doesnt mean you dont love them. i also feel bhoomi loves karan the most because of this reason because he is a total suck up and she can get away with anything. the rest of the family she hates because they call her out on her crap and see her true colors.

yeah ... i agree with maragathm.. i mean.. tulsi has not really told bhoomi the whole truth yet... but think about it.. that LADY who called.. did.. bhoomi is questioning her relationship with karan.. not because of what tulsi said... but because of what that lady on the phone said...

I think that bhoomi and eklavya should know the truth.. it would help eklavya know why ppl dont talk about ansh.. and it would help bhoomi come to reality.. step of that could of wealth and pride that she is sitting on.. and being a B***H to EVERYONE around her...

ya, okay, tulsi-grandma does have the tension of a stranger threatening to blow the whistle on bhoomi's parentage. btw, i thoroughly applauded her decision to bring out the truth to great-grandma's wish to keep it secret.

but two things: why is it better for tulsi-g to tell bhoomi the truth instead of random lady? why can't she instead have mihir - who we already know has bhoomi's grudging respect - break the news?? why do members of this family vanish at these times?

AND why can't she talk to karan on phone about this new threat? why is there such a desperate lack of communications in this family?

for all that they live together, they don't talk together very much at all. and not having a phone number is a terrible excuse. this is a desperately important matter - make the call, grandma!
