Do Karan and Tanya know about bhoomi?

i was wondering do karan and tanya know that bhoomi is nandani and ansh's daughter? And if so how did they get bhoomi? Also why arent nadani and karan married i thought they loved each other? Why doesnt nandani take care of bhoomi ? sorry about all question just need to clarify

nandani married ansh, ansh treated nandani horribly. nandani was inlove with ansh's half brother karan. nandani was raped by her husband ansh and got pregnant. nandani tried to divorce ansh but ansh kidnapped her and tried to kill her. tulsi saved nandani by shoting ansh, he died of his wounds later in hospital. karan marries nandani, she gives birth to bhoomi and goes into coma for 3 years.

over those 3 years karan marries tanya and they raise bhoomi together. nandani wakes up same day as tanya finds out shes pregant with mathan. nandani comes backs to house karan ignores tanya in favour of nandani. no one tell nandani that karan married tanya. tanya leaves house nandani lives with karan. karan gets nandani pregnant. so now both nandani and tanya are pregnant by karan.

nandani kills ansh's evil dad who had raised ansh to be bad and tried to kidnap bhoomi. nandani goes to jail, tanya moves back in with karan. nandani leaves karan and virani's once shes out of jail. karan, tanya raise bhoomi and mathan. bhoomi considered tanya her mom not nandani (bhoomi was played by a very cute little girl who acted very well).

so 20 years passed, nandani was out of the virani's lives, tanya had mathan. nandani must have had her kid as well, but so far we have hear nothing about it. we don't even know if the kids alive or anything.
