He very well knows that Ganga is his mom. I remember in one of the episodes, during a party in Shantiniketan, Ganga comes and tries to talk to him and asks about his well-being, he says there is no need to display fake motherly affection on him. Then Ganga asks him does he still think she abandoned him and Lakshya and walked out ? She tries to explain but he stops her and goes away.

It's all Sahil's fault. He doesn't have the guts to admit to his children that he fell for Tripti and had an Extra-Marital affair with her and Ganga was forced to leave or rather was driven out of the house. In spite of having been given his share of the business, he failed to prove himself and come up in life. Not to mention, made the kids suffer in poverty.

I wonder why didn't Gautam and Damini take Nakul back after Ganga left ? They handed over their kid to Ganga and not to any other woman. They could've easily got Nakul's custody as he no longer lived with his adoptive mother.

Oops! 😊 Me bad! Thanks for clearing that! But no, he doesn't know that he was Gautam and Damini's child...he was adopted as a mere baby. He genuinely thinks Saahil is his actual dad.

As for Gautam and Damini not taking Nakul back...I think probably trying to do so would've brought bitter memories to the family after Gautam's earlier attempt to get Nakul. Esp. after Tulsi's death, there was so much pain and separation in the family, this would've just been another burden. So I guess they just let it be.

Well if he finds it out, he might probably get angry at them and Tripti would poison his mind and make him go against them like Arti did with Gomzy. But i'm sure at the end, all misunderstandings would be cleared and he will accept them as parents. I'd be glad if he goes back to them. That has always been Gautam's cherished dream. I want to see them together as a family.

There is a chance that Ganga would be back too, if Tripti is thrown out that is.

And I don't think Gautam and Damini have forgotten about it. It's impossible for any parents to do so. I'm sure they feel for Nakul even though they don't express it openly.
