We never saw the physical bonding between Bhoomi and her uncle! so, I think that she is just faking it to cancel the relation with Aditya and try to marry Abhir!!

nope my guess is she will get caught in her lie....she will end up marrying some tom, dick or harry or maybe that mahaan adopted son of sahil who will be ready to accept her as is to protect her from abhir and his evil intentions.
