Illegal marriage

hey guys did u notice that karan and nandini never got the divorce that means that tehy are still married to eachother. now when nandini went into coma karan married tanya, n when nandini came back tanya left. but she didnt divorce karan. so the thing is karan n tanya's marriage is an illegal marriage in india.

the rule is you cant marry another person while you are still married so meaning you have to take divorce form the first person in order to marry another person.

now everyone is talking about nandini's marriage well that will b illegal too because she is still married to karan. what i dont understand is how can vijay not tell karan n tanya taht they can go to jail for this i mean they are filing divorce for their illegal marriage n vijay being a lawyer should understand this.

i mean seriously how stupid does ekat think that her viewers are she should atleast stick to the reality being people back from dead, making them get married more then once🤢 still people bare it but come on showing that you can break law on a show is jsut not appropriate. i mean come on enough is enough.

she really needs to get brains😡 or people should stop watching the show in order for her to realize taht she is making a mistake in her dramas. all the dramas revolve around the same thing. every drama of her start at different angle but end up on the same level as other ones. n e ways this is a whole another topic to discuss i mean seriously people should say soemthing about this or atleast being a story writter or in a creative team of balaji television should tell their boss if soemthing is going wrong.

actually i had read somewhere long back..if you have been in coma/missing for a certain no of years(not sure about that no), the first marraige is considered annuled by law. another way to legalise second marraige is to have a written note from first wife stating , she dissolves the marraige in spirit and gives second wife the legal rights. either way there are too many complications in such cases.
if you remember a certain case recently in usa(about pulling off life support)...a certain husband had remarried and had kids when his wife was declared incompetent and was put on life support.
