Bhoomi is just being shown as being really immature. Remember how she emotionally blackmailed Tanya over Abhir? She has always got what she wants, and right now she is excited about Nandini Mom and doesn't care how much she hurts her Tanya Mom. If Nandini does come back home, I bet she'll soon tire of her and start grieving for her Tanya Mom. What a confused character.
