she became good long bakk!..like around when Shoba was married to her son..and after he died or something..(im not sure cuz i dont watch this show...in much detail!)

hey guys Payal turned to be good when she had an accident and Shobha took care of her and payal's own daughter refuesed to take care of Payal.

Right you are Bhatiakuljit. Payal became good after her plane crash accident, when Shobha used to look after her like a daughter when her own daughter had no time for her.
And then she got even more closer to Shobha after Vishal her son passed away.
