First of all - the show got a revamp, with Tulsi looking up as Gautam and Karan are on either side of her...
Karan reads the papers. Tulsi says that he is the one who has done all this, who has betrayed the entire Virani family. Everybody is shocked. Karan remembers Tulsi telling him to sign the papers, and recognizes them. Saahil comes up and tells Karan to say the truth. Karan says that he is the one who has plotted against the family. Saahil says that he knows that somebody is making him say this... Tulsi says to Karan that that is the only thing he knows how to say and she then says that from now on, she has no relation with him.
Savita comes and says that now Karan will not stay in this house. Karan tells that he was brought in this house by his Maa, and when his Maa has disowned him, there is no reason for living in this house for him. He tells Nandini to come with Bhoomi. Savita asks where he is going. He says that he is going to Shantiniketan - one last time.
SCENE 2
At Shantiniketan, Karan goes to his room. He remembers all the times - when Tulsi brought him into the house, when she accepted him in Switzerland... and now when she told him that she has no relation with him and that he is after all only Mandira's son. There in her room, Tulsi is also crying.

Then Nandini comes in.
Nandini: No, Karan. Why are you crying? You haven't done anything wrong. I've seen truth in your eyes. Why didn't you say anything? Why didn't you tell everyone that Maa was accusing you wrongly? Karan, if Maa thinks that she will do this injustice to you, kick you out of the house without any fault of yours, then she's wrong, Karan. Because I can't see you in pain like this. Right now, I'll go and tell everyone the truth. I'll tell them that Maa is using you as a mere pawn to play her game.
Karan: You won't do anything like that, Nandini.
Nandini turns and starts to go out of the room.
Karan: NANDINI! What do you want, Nandini? That if Maa did something wrong to me, then I should take revenge from her? No, Nandini. She is my Maa. And will always be my Maa. Whether she has refused to accept me or not. From where will I bring the heart, that hates her? From where will I bring the tongue, that works against her?
Nandini: In spite of all that she has done against you?
Karan: No, because she has done so much FOR me.
Nandini hugs Karan.
Tulsi: I accused you of such a lowly crime. But instead of telling everyone about me, you accepted it. Oh god, what good thing had I done, that I got a son like Karan. And what crime did I commit, that he is leaving me...
Karan, Nandini and Bhoomi are walking down the stairs. Karan is close to tears, Nandini is sad and Tulsi is crying in her room.

Karan's suitcase falls down. As he bends to pick it up, he remembers bending to touch Tulsi's feet... He goes to Tulsi's room. Bhoomi leaves Nandini's hand and runs up the stairs.
Tulsi: Now what do you want?
Karan: I just want to know why you did this, Maa. If you had said even once, I would have done anything.
Tulsi takes out a paper and tells him that if he really wants to show her, then to sign these papers. Karan signs them.
Karan: Maa, you can get the world's papers signed, but they will never fill the loss of losing a son.
Karan goes. Tulsi looks down at the papers and cries.
Tulsi: Today, I sacrificed you, Karan... I sacrificed you... Forgive me...
PREVIEW FOR TOMORROW
Mandira: Get out of Shantiniketan and Mihir's life. And don't involve the police in this. Or Aditya and I will say one word - and there goes Gautam.
