I don't get it, didn't she already know that nandani was her real mom? I mean do u remember the episode where karan was critising tanya's parenting skills in front of bhoomi an manthan? Well he said then that bhoomi only turned out postive cos she had nandani's blood in her. I mean cum on that's a pretty big indicator that bhoomi is biologically related 2 nandani!
