ummm...then wouldn't lakshya and kt be cousins?? i dont think ekta wuld try to get cousins married next to follow up on her controversial topics theme. and nandini was still pregnant at the time that tulsi got kicked out and found kt

It's not possible only because they showed a man trying to down his child in the river..when tulsi was there and saw the baby float by. She had gotten angry at the man and he said that he already had a few daughters and couldnt afford another one..thats where KT came from

No because her love interest is Lakshya and if she were Nandani's daughter that would make him her cuzin and that is quite disgusting...therefore she is not Karan's daughter 😃
