ronit 100% bengali or of mixed parentage

Hey there Bharati!

Ronit was born on 11 October,1965 in Nagpur. He is a 100% Bengali and he was born to Brotindronath Basu and Dolly Bose:) The family soon shifted to Ahmedabad in Gujarat where he did his schoolong in St.Xavier's School. Later he did his engineering in Sayaji College in Baroda and has also done Home Scienc (just because his girlfriend was doing it)

He was then married to Johiana in 1992 when his first film was being shot. When his first fiilm completed 25 weeks at the box-office his wife left him and went away to US with their first-born, Ona.

Ronit could not do much in films and started a securtiy agency called ACE security and he provides security to film units and VVIPs..he has worked for Lagaan,Armaan and Black:)

Ronit then remarried on 25 December,2004 and now has a one-year old baby Aador from his second wife Neelam:)

I was just wondering on what movie Ronit was in .. I remember a guy like him in this movie and it had a song "Dil Kya Cheez hai Jaanam..".. i think the movies name was Jaan Tere Naam or something

OK i just googled the movie name, The guy is Ronit Roy.. BTW this movie has nice songs that were quite a hit..

Ronit's dad's name is Brotindranath Bose Roy!!!

And his new serial is Called Kis Rishtey Se.. which will be on air from October 06' On Star One:)
