Why Ekta making Mihir fool?

I do not understand one thing that why Ekta is making Mihir so dumb,we all know that Mihir is the most popular character then why he is making his character so stupid, it is also not in favour of popularity of show,first she introduced Karan and then slowly slowly sidelined Mihir.Even in my poll where I asked who has matched up with the popularity of Mihir most of replies were "No one can match with Mihir's popularity all come after him."But people are not happy with his current track.

I am not happy the way Mihir is going these days.

These are my views without any desire of hurting both Mihir and Karan fans and also of Ekta.

soo agree with you all man but ekta has made the character of Mihir so dumb n its soo irrating n soo contrasting to mr bajaj (whose character rocks hehe) but back to the point is Mihir really that dumb..i mean how can he think that KT is Tulsi's real daughter? she was about 45 before the leap n im sure rare women get pregnant at that age.. plus it shows how much he trusts Tulsi...i mean would a woman who has sons and daughters aged between 20 and 30 get pregnant at that time...open ur eyes Mihir and use your brain. another thing meera has said soo many things agaisnt Tulsi so does he not realise that shes poisoning his mind against her? n how could he believe Meera words saying that Tulsi got re-married...if she was remarried wouldnt she be wearing a mangalsutra,sindoor etc seriosuly does ekta think the audiencei s reallly that stupid 😡 (dont think ive ever bin this angry)
