No she is not Tulsi's biological kid. Tulsi rescued her when she was a tot and her father was trying to drown her in the Ganges, Tulsi then started a new life with her and now KT is her life;)

No, she isn't Tulsi's daughter. Her father left her in the Ganga, and Tulsi saved her, and brought her upp.
