cause i last watched this show whem karan and nandani were together. now when i sat down to watch , the previews are saying karans children were brought up by tanya. can someone fill me in? how did karan and nandani broke up? is that the reason gauri didnt come and accept the award at the spa? someone can you please tell me what happened ?

this show took 20 year leap....and Nandini didnt leave because of that...she went to jail for 14 year...and she might be coming back this month sometime
