can someone tell me why tulsi left home? how is she related to krishna tulsi?who is mayank?where is nandini?and is bhoomi tanya's daughter? please help

tulsi was told to leave house by mihir bcoz he thinks that tulsi killed his mom savita on purpose, Krishna tulsi was adopted by tulsi in haridwar, mayank is gautam and damini's son, nandini hasnt been introduced yet since the leap, yes bhoomi is karan and tanya's daughter

yeah Bhoomi is Ansh n Nandini's daughter but she is brought up as Karan n Tanya's daughter.

for the past 20 years Tulsi is living in Haridwar and the whole family is thinking that Tulsi is dead. Tulsi is thinking that Mihir married Meera..and so she is not coming in front of them.
