May be she is going to tell that she is dying very soon(with cancer or something)she tells " before she dies she want to marry Mihir". ("Mihir ki patni banke jana/marna chahati hoon ")

She will tell to PRESS & WOMENS ORGANIZATION to come SN and insult her & Mihir's long time relationship without Marriage.(ofcource she did before)She will loose her position in Womans organization,then she will cry infront of Mihir & try to sucide......(i don't think this will hapeen,because she already did this long before😊)
OR
She will send some Photographs to press(Mihir & Meera's ....before leap Mihir went to meera's house...hope you all remember it).News will publish.Then Meera tells Mihir that they slept together that day,Then she tells now she can't live in this society after all this happened, she has to die or Mihir has to marry her.
