If the answer is yes, then Palm Court Apartments in Malad is where you need to find a flat in. The building has the maximum number of flats owned by television stars. Reena Thapar-Kapoor spoke to some of its starry residents to find out just what it feels like to live next door to the people you work with



o Swetta Keswani (15th floor)
The other day I spotted Gauri Pradhan and Hiten Tejwani standing in the parking area. Ive still not moved in but I make frequent trips there as Im in the process of giving final touches to the interiors. Otherwise I do drop by to meet Saakshi Tanwar and Ali Asgar whove been colleagues and friends.



o Nikhil Arya (14th floor)
Ive been living in Palm Court since six months now. A lot of other celebrities live in the vicinity but the only one I invariably run into is Pracheen Chauhan. Apart from him, I sometimes spot Ali Asgar zooming about in his car.



o Hiten Tejwani (10th floor)
We havent shifted in yet. But we do bump into our colleagues off and on. I think its great to live around people who you know well. Im sure its going to be great living in Palm Court. In fact,both Gauri and I are looking forward to it.

o Gaurav Chopra (5th floor)
I think our complex is the place for actors as it has all amenities. I havent seen Hiten at all. Just yesterday I saw Swetta and waved out to her. I do meet Pracheen and Nikhil. Since Im not a Balaji actor I dont mingle around much in those circles.

o Ali Asgar (4th floor)
I was the first from the TV fraternity to buy and move in Palm Court. The idea was to be away from the work atmosphere after Im back home. But now with so many other actors moving in the same complex, this has become like Bandra of TV industry... The only person I run into often is Parvati bhabi... i.e. Saakshi Tanwar.

o Pracheen Chauhan (3rd floor)
I think all actors living in the complex are extremely busy with their respective work. But on and off we do spot each other. Nikhil Arya and Gaurav Chopra are the two I often meet. In fact, we do hang around together as and when we find the time.
