Please respond, I would like to know what the other members think. I really love the series, but is this typical of Hindi soap opera's? I hope with the introduction of new actors that there new storylines and it is not a repeat of the previous episodes. I would like them to address issues like AIDS, battered women, drugs, gangs, caste systems, dowries, and political coruption. The new generations of Indians are well educated and would like to see more than the typical saas-bahu issues. Bollywood has started to change, so should the serials! I believe that they have a larger responsiblity, since they are the dailies on the major TV channel. Again, I would really like everyone's response.
