The entire episode was dedicated to karvachauth, at each juncture creating the suspense that Tanya's wedding might be discovered anytime.
Tanya faints. Nandini rushes to call the doctor. Karan sprinkles water from Nandini's thali and offers her some to drink. She is helped into her room by the rest. All the others break their fast. The doctor checks up Tanya and says her BP is low and she needs some rest. Tanya tells the doctor that the family is not yet aware of her pregnancy. The doctor is surprised and learns about the conditions. She still advisies the family to take special care of Tanya in the coming months. Nobody gets the clue. Mihir wonders if its because of fasting and Savitha silences him as Nandini is in the vicinity.
Gautam suggests that they should now return to their home. Damini says without worrying about Tanya's condition? They wait for sometime for the doctor to give her recommendations. Then Gautam suggest that they should leave. Since its pretty late Mihir & savitha pleads him to spend the night with them. Gautam says that if they force him, he will never set foot again. As mayank is asleep, Mihir promises to drop him off in the morning. Gautam agrees to that.
Karan is alone with Tanya. He is sad that she is not well and she says she is releaved. The whole day she was wondering how she would break her fast? She bas been lucky that way.
Karan & Nandini are in their room. Karan is fast asleep and Nandini is worried. She wakes up Karan and tells him that they are not fulfilling their duties as friends of Tanya. They need to get her married off. Karan wonders how it is possible? She says the family has been selfish and isn't expecting Tanya to have a personal life at all. She is like the bahu , like the mother of Bhoomi and so dependable and people are relaying on her. But would she not want her own husband and child? Karan agrees that she does. She says they should not wait for Tanya to say Yes. They should go ahead and search for a groom for her. She then sleeps peacefully and Karan is restless.
