Nahin chaiyye tere questions😆 And I'm totally not preparred... see I didn't even know there was a write of mandate... what's that😕😳😆 I only learned 2 writs (cert and habeas corpus)... mayeb our terms are defined slightly different... I do know that mandates are like rules imposed by the fed gov't on the states for them to do things in order to get federal grants, gov't programs, and what not.... That's as far as my memory stretches😆😆😆
